He is also a member of the Advisory Boards and Councils of various well-known universities - such as the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Corporate Governance initiative at the Harvard Business School and Yale University
Professor Prakash G Apte, is the Director of the renowned Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB). He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Bombay, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University. He taught at the Vassar College and Columbia University, before joining IIMB.

Mr. SD Kapoor was the Managing Director of MMTC (Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation of India Ltd) till 2006. Mr. Kapoor is a Gold Medalist from Benares Hindu University (BHU) where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He obtained his MBA degree from University of Leeds, UK.
Mr. Kiran Karnik is the President of NASSCOM. As the chief executive of the apex body representing India's IT software and service industry, he works very closely with the industry, the Indian Central & State governments to formulate policies and strategies for the advancement of this sector locally as well as internationally.
Mr. Manish Khera is the CEO of FINO (Financial Information Network & Operations Ltd). Mr. Khera is an engineer with a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) and M.Phil in Environment and Development from Cambridge University, UK
Professor Jitendra Malik is a Professor in the Computer Science Division, Department of EECS, University of California at Berkeley and a member of the Cognitive Science and Vision Science groups at UC Berkeley. He was the departmental Chair till June 2006.
Dr. Nachiket Mor holds a post-graduate diploma in finance management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of ICICI as an Executive Director in April 2001. Effective April 29, 2006, the board elevated him as Deputy Managing Director.
Mr. B.V. Naidu is the Managing Director of SemIndia Systems Ltd. Mr. Naidu is a member of the Karnataka Chief Minister's Task Force on Information Technology, Founder Member of IIIT-B, Founder Member of Karnataka IT Fund and a Charter Member of TiE, Bangalore.
Mr. J. Parthasarathy is the Director of Software Technology Parks of India, Bangalore. During his tenure in STPI - Bangalore, software export from Karnataka State has increased from two billion US dollars to more than Eight billion US dollars.
Prof Sadagopan is the founder Director of the Institute from September 1999. He has taught at two premier educational Institutes in India, namely, the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, (IITK) during 1980 - 1995 and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, (IIMB) during 1995-1999.
